3 Bedroom House in North Central Omaha, Omaha

A perfect escape! Relax in the family friendly neighborhood and peaceful 3 bedroom home. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. Second bedroom includes a king bed and a desk. Third bedroom includes a queen bed. The two other bedrooms share a hall bath. Main level includes a family room and bottom level basement is finished living room.
Additional sleeping arrangements include a king and queen size air mattress.
Linens, towels, and kitchen essentials provided. High speed internet and cable TV also included.
To allow us time to be able to come in and sanitize space thoroughly before next guest arrival, guests will be required to pick up and clean up after themselves. Please leave all dishes in dishwasher and start cleaning cycle on highest heat setting.
Please ensure all trash has been put in appropriate containers inside the home, any excessive trash has been taken to the bin outside. Do not throw loose trash in outside trash can.
Please be respectful of our furniture and do allow eating on it as we want to keep it in good condition for all of our guests. We do not charge a cleaning fee to keep our guests cost down, however if the house is left disorderly or dirty please expect to receive a cleaning charge after your stay if we deem it necessary.
No pets allowed on furniture.
Please pick up after pets. We will have a pooper scooper you can use to clean up the yard or you can use individual doggie bags.

Summary: Great location for our family. Quiet neighborhood. Host was quick to respond to most questions but ignored one. (Host was having a family problem). Our family had a great time visiting Omaha!!

Summary: This house was the perfect location for our family trip to the zoo and children’s museum. It was close enough to everything but far enough away from the downtown area. The house was well equipped, clean and a great layout. Our only complaint was that the master bed was way way too soft, as if it was blown out. Everything else was homey and comfortable. Our host was accommodating and quick to reply. We had a minor snafu with the lock on the door. It was merely user error as we don’t have a keypad entry system and there were not instructions on how to use it. All in all a great stay and we will definitely rent again next time we are back in Omaha.

Summary: The place was so clean, and the furniture was very comfortable. We felt at home almost immediately. The location was within an easy 20-30 minute drive of all of our destinations, including downtown. Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway!

Summary: We have nothing but positive remarks regarding our stay. The house well cozy, clean, and well stocked. I really appreciated all the extra towels, as we are a large family. The kitchen had everything we needed ad well. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We have family in Omaha and return a couple times a year. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Home was very clean and comfortable. Most furniture seemed new. Beds cozy. Easy check in and communication with host. Many small details that are appreciated such as plenty of linens/towels/blankets, toilet paper/paper towel, hand sanitizer, fans. But especially plenty of things for families with kids- dishes, step stools, potty seat, bath tubs, high chair, pack n play, a few toys, a walker and activity table. Would stay again!
