Answer : You can message us to request the additional fee once you have booked the property.

Answer: The property can accomodate until 13 People but extra guests are subject to additional fee.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
- We have a firm cancellation policy.
Firm cancellation policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before c heck-in. They can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in,refund is only 50% for all nights.

The Space:
This gorgeous home is located in the heart of Hialeah. The grey and white luxury flooring, crisp lighting, and pops of eclectic design work together in harmony. You’ll see just that in the spacious living room, which offers two comfortable chairin front of a Sling T.V for late-night movie watching.
To the left of the living room is a hallway where you’ll find bedroom 1. It has a Queen-sized mattress, a closet, and a T.V. Just a few steps away is the first full bathroom, a modern and clean design featuring a stone tile shower and linens tucked away under the sink.
Located right next to the bathroom is bedroom 2, which offers another luxury Queen-sized mattress, closet space, and T.V. The same features are found in bedroom 3.
You’ll also see the kitchen upon walking through the door, a beautifully elevated and thoughtfully designed space with enough room to cook with the group. The L-shape layout of the kitchen allows for easy flow from the counter to coffee table. A sleek stainless-steel range hood enhances your culinary experience. As for clean-up, the double sink and dishwasher make it easy.
Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. The door here leads to your private backyard with a large, inviting pool that overlooks the lake, making for a tranquil environment. The pool is heated--ask management for rates! Dry off on the lounge chairs and have dinner al fresco at the outdoor dining table with room for 10.
You’ll also find a stunning dining room area right behind the kitchen. The dining room table has seating for 10, as well as two additional accent chairs in the space.
In the dining room area, you’ll also have a full bathroom with a standing shower, a Smart LED mirror, and modern design touches.
At the end of the hallway is a separate, tucked-away room that offers the ideal work-from-home space. The natural light from two windows pours in while you sit at the desk and privately work without interruption.
Up the stairs, the second floor of this townhome awaits you. On this floor is another full bathroom, equipped with the same high-quality features and modern elements that make it both luxurious and practical.
