Summary: The house was well appointed with all necessities. The layout of the home made it comfortable for a multi-generational vacation.We misread the posting and didn't request the pool to be heated, as it turns out the heater was in need of repair. The pool was cooler so unfortunately we didn't get the use out of it . Other than this inconvenience we had a pleasurable vacation.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Palm Coast. The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of room to relax. It was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. The pool was great. The Dock on the canal was a great place to sit and enjoy the outside. We even saw a couple Dolphins swimming by.

Summary: Had a great vacation with our 4 kids. House is a little older in style and furniture but, still very clean and fun. We fished on the canal the whole trip and went to flagler beach to go to to dinner many times. Caught a ton of fish using shrimp. Renters were very quick to reapond

Summary: This is a beautiful and spacious home located in a quiet subdivision. The furnishings are comfortable. The pool, and dock are fantastic! The showers are great, as are the sinks. The appliances are up-to-date. Access to Shopping is within 3 miles. The beach is a little bit of a trek and beach access in this part of Florida is limited. We were able to visit Saint Augustine and Daytona Beach while here, and that was fun! The only suggestion I would make is to update the bed linens. All in all, it was outstanding and affordably priced.

Summary: Our family stayed at this property recently and found it to be very comfortable. This is a very large home with lots of living space, a nice size kitchen, tiki bar enclosed patio section, a massive living room and dining room area. The master bedroom was again huge with a very large master bath. The guest bedroom was also very nice sized and the "Kids Bedroom" was perfect for out 3 grand children. Everyone was happy with their spaces. We were also able to use one half of the garage so that at least one car could be covered in the heat. There were a few minor issues that were quickly dealt with by the local property manager, for which we were greatfull. All in all we would highly recommend this property.

Summary: This house is amazing! If you are on the fence about renting it, go ahead and rent it, you will not regret it! The house has space to spread out and is fully equipped. This was the perfect space for my family to get together. The pool is perfect and has a deep end! The views are amazing! The property managers are top notch and communicate within minutes. 5+ stars and we will stay here again! Thank you for opening your home up and allowing us to stay here.

Summary: I have traveled from France to Palm Coast in July 2022 and stayed for 2 weeks in this property with my wife and our 2 boys. The house is far wide for a family of four and the kids were happy to have their own sleeping room. Very convenient is the pool by the house, even though we also went to Flagler Beach from time to time. The neighborhood is very calm and daily shopping area (Publix or Aldi) is just a 15 mn drive away. I recommend this property for people looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Philippe Massiani

Summary: House was perfect for our group, and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe for walks. The floor plan is ideal for two families, plenty of space. Pool area was super nice, we used the pool every day! Great location, easy to get to beach and grocery store. Only thing needed would be a couple of bikes or a kayak! then it would be heaven.
