Negative: The owner was silent that the rooms were in a basement. Old and a bit depressive furniture, dark. Incorrect info that there were sea views from the rooms (only from the terrace - one floor up; that floor was unavailable!)

Positive: Great view to the sea and the jasmine fragrance from the shrub on the terrace. Very tastefully done basement apartment.

Negative: Please get some contactless check in. We waited almost an hour with nobody picking up the phone not sure if at the right place. Fix that washing machine and get not shaky cutlery to match the property class.

Positive: The view from the terrace was astonishing, the facilities met entirely the description. For someone who loves quietness and not crowded beaches, this is the ideal place. However, the valley in which the house is located is most of the day exposed to the sun.

Negative: The terrace is not equipped as expected. There are some fragile really not comfortable plastic chairs. Besides that, there is only one sun umbrella which does not offer much shadow. This diminishes the chance to admire the great view from the terrace.

Summary: This is a great place to be in for people who love remoteness from crowded beaches.

Positive: The property was very clean, with a large space and with all facilities you need. We fell there like at home. The house has big terrace with perfect view to the sea. There is also parking space directly in the yard of the house, that was very comfortable. We visited beaches that was 15-20 minutes distance from home - by car: Paradise beach, Golden beach.
