Summary: Blue Horizons Garden Resort is a lovely, eco-friendly establishment. It's just far enough away from everything to feel secluded and private but still a close walk to the beach and the grounds are amazing! As vegetarians, we found the dining options to be very limited in the area which was disappointing and challenging. Resort staff were very helpful and gracious, although the restaurant staff bring the concept of "island time" to a whole new level. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend.
