Summary: We had the perfect stay at the Blue House while we were in town for our daughter’s wedding at The Evergreen Lake House. The proximity to downtown and the lake was a huge plus. The home was spacious and the rooms comfortable. We loved the outdoor patio and watching the elk on their morning walk along the creek. The host left so many special touches to welcome us. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Summary: This is a great property in a convenient location near downtown Evergreen. Being near the creek is awesome too. Saw several deer right outisde one morning. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The house is charming and comfortable. The location is perfect as its a very short drive to town and fun places. So many really cute characteristics, such as a neat wine cellar for partying or a fun wine tasting, a game room in the basement, and a cool deck with fireplace and heater. Loved how so much of the original architecture and character of the home has been maintained. Our group loved it all!

Summary: The Blue House was the perfect place for 7 friends and family members to get together just before the holidays. The house was a quaint, cozy, comfortable, welcoming and warm cottage home to stay at in just before Christmas. The house was well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the decorated Christmas tree. There was even a lovely welcoming gift package for us upon our arrival. The house was immaculate clean and the host was very quick to respond to all our questions. The house was comfortable and spacious enough that we were even able to invite 4 local friends over for a wonderful dinner. Everyone in our group loved staying at the Blue House.

Summary: We decided upon this property due to its relative closeness to the Denver airport and downtown but most importantly its proximity to Red Rocks Ampitheater. The short drive and South entrance access made our trip in and out of Red Rocks very convenient. The property is walking distance to the quaint town of Evergreen. The property is newly stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and baths. Plenty of towels and blankets. Coffee, tea and spices are plentiful. Although it is located off a busy road it sits well back and the new windows drown out all road noise. The front deck has a gas fire pit, grill, heater and patio furniture. The property exceeded my expectations. The host was great. I highly recommend this home.
