Positive: Excellent customer service and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was professional and had high standards of food. More akin to a 5 start hotel buffet
Negative: We had to take twin beds on the ground floor as the available were on the first floor. They did not have a lift.

Positive: The hotel is located near the bus station and the night market, also there are many restaurants around. The bathroom is quite small, but everything worked well. The swimming pool is nice, with towels etc. WiFi worked well, except for one day when it was not so good for some reason.
Negative: The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but the staff was always there to help with the bags. The view was some local house, but luckily one floor below my room

Negative: Dreadful cramped wetroom style bathroom. Too small for this type of bathroom. Nowhere to hang towels. Prefer washbasin in the bathroom. Only three clothes hangers

Positive: It is located in the centre of Chiang Rai, very close to the bus station and local markets. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was cozy Breakfast was ok and you can enjoy the pool
Negative: The bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable The corridor was not clean enough
