Summary: Good little place for a short visit to Montreal. We spent 2 nights there and it was just what we needed. Cons though - toilet is nearly unusable. You have to sit sideways and if you are taller than 5 ft you can’t really even fit then. The parking is inaccessible - you have to sneak through a long ally and though it’s a nice spot you can’t get in the back door without a key and the key isn’t provided. There is street parking though which we used. Wouldn’t stay again but if you just need a place to crash for a few days it’s worth it.

Summary: If you’re desperate for a place to crash for a night it will suffice, but please do not choose for anything more. The entire place is inconvenient for a prolonged duration. The bathroom is impossibly tiny with an inability for anyone over 5ft to sit on the toilet. The shower curtain is held up with dirty rope and command strips. Fruit flies litter the place as if there recently had been excessive moldy food removed. Very few amenities so don’t expect to have anything more than hand soap (not even hand towels!). There are cracks in the ceiling, walls, and floor. The “parking” available was not accessible with the directions they provide leading to closed roads and the spots behind the unit ended up being all taken even when we got there. Had to parallel park on the street. You can hear every movement of the upstairs neighbors, loudly, as well. The bedroom additionally has an high window above the back door without a curtain that lets in the street light all night then illuminates the whole room as soon as the sun rises. Also the owner will harass you to confirm that there will be no parties ahead of your stay. Would not recommend unless you desperately need a place to stay.

Summary: Was overall good experience. Could mention the TEENY bathroom and (45*sideways)sit toilette. Also not a smoke free building fyi. Ok for a short stay. Great location.

Summary: We visited Montreal for the Marillion Weekend show. Co do was clean and exactly as pictured. The bathroom toilet was tiny and tight. I would recommend dome newer cook ware for eggs/sandwiches. We made breakfast and lunches at the condo. Location was lovrly looking b out over the park.
