Positive: 1) Big advantage to get the family into the one place, we had myself the Wife and 4 children from the ages of 18 to 8 and during the day and night the wifes patents would come by. 2) Property was reasonably central with good access to shops. 3) i would recommend getting a bike to get about if you don't want to ride the songtaw taxis. 4) Property comes with limited cooking equipment one benefit was the BBQ which we used most days, anything missing can be bought locally. 5) The manager came around and said hello with a couple t-shirts for the youngest daughter which was nice of him 😀

Negative: Property could do with a little freshening up and a little maintenance i list below. 1) kitchen window only had one side of the curtain it did just about cover the window at a stretch. 2) upstairs sliding door was very hard to open my daughters just left it open needs the rollers looked at. 3) A rice cooker would be a good addition if Thais rent, we ended up buying one for our stay. 4) a fresh coat of paint in the kitchen would help brighten the appartment up, None of the above issues would put me off renting again. 8/10
