Positive: The pool was nice and the location to the village is wonderful. The bed is also super comfortable and the shower water is nice.
Negative: Kinda sucks that there weren’t microwaves in the rooms and the carpet needs a deep clean. The staff are attentive and quick but some were not the friendliest.

Positive: It was a great stay for our family to celebrate my daughter's birthday and wrap up summer vacation before going back to school. Our room was located conveniently to the pool, Frontdesk, and vending machine, and staff made an effort to make my daughter's day extra special (bday card + sweet treats for her). Our family first trip to Bluemountain was a win! Thank you!
Negative: It's how the towels smelt( not so fresh smelling), and the body wash - I am not a fan of lemongrass .

Positive: Good condition. Fun things to do.
Negative: Our room was a little on the older side, but it was still very clean. Some of the activities that should have stayed open until 7pm closed early so we couldn’t try them. The next day we tried using our tickets for one last activity and the ticket had expired. But other than that everything was very nice. We loved our stay

Positive: Loved the location and the facilities in this hotel. The breakfast restaurant The Pottery, was lovely, and had really good food, rather than some buffet. The room was comfortable. They surprised me with a gift certificate to a few attractions and a $20 voucher for the breakfast, which covered half of the cost.
Negative: The rooms could use some updating, but weren't bad overall. They were clean, and comfortable.
