Positive: Nice view of pool and mountains. Close to everything in the Village. Pool was nice for child to swim in as it was clean, warm and safe.
Negative: The jacuzzi was often busy. It was crowded because of the Salsa festival. Perhaps it would have been more comfortable on a weekday (less busy?).

Positive: great location; bed was very comfortable but pillows too fluffy! couldn’t use them bc gave me a sore neck
Negative: balcony “out of order” on the 1st rm we were given - next rm - balcony working, but tiny. asked for a rm with mountain view but didnt get it.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay. The location is beautiful and perfect for families with children plenty of attractions, activities. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and not intrusive, and any requests were handled very quickly, for example, we got an extra comforter within minutes, even late in the evening. Although the hotel is not new, it was clean and pleasant. The towels and bed linen were white and spotless, which was great to see. We appreciated the possibility to check in early and leave the car in the parking lot after check-out to enjoy the attractions. The wristbands provided free access to several activities both on the day of arrival and departure. As for improvements, the carpet is quite old and could be replaced, and the curtains and windows in our room needed more attention. There was also a cleaning product smell (lemon-scented) in some areas that felt unpleasant. However, overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Positive: A great place for families but it's overpriced. It just keeps going up and they added new fees and amenities taxes. I paid much less last time for the same amount of attractions.
Negative: Sofa bed was AWFUL. seriously, thinnest and most uneven mattress. There was no sheet pan to cook with.
