Positive: Plenty of staff in the restaurant, so all people were served without problems even during busiest hours. Variety and quality of food was perfect.
Negative: I would appreciate wider possibilities of activities for adults = better equipped gym, e.g. tenis or bowling.

Positive: Great service. At the restaurant, there is a decent variety of dishes to choose from. Great animation for children. There is always some program and interesting stuff going on. There are several pools. Also, a great a la carte restaurant. We enjoyed our stay.
Negative: I'd say the biggest downside for us was a lack of a safe. I would probably also change the juice supplier.

Positive: Overall, one od the best places we visited for families with children. The food was very good. Even our baby and breastfeeding mother cant eat any beef, milk and soya included food, they managed to get fed well enough. Alergen signs were sometimes wrong, but the personel corrected it asap.
Negative: We could hear the steps and bangs of other customers, propably children.... there should be could be some nightcalm time. Someone also propably tried to steal my cars wheels, because after vacation I was missing one of the wheels screws.
Summary: We just enjoyed it here. Thank you.

Positive: Program for kids, animators, mountains view hotel room, wide range of food.
Negative: Price for breakfast for 4 people family is way too high :) would be nice to get some offers, or discount, as kids usually do not eat much and indeed they pay a bit less but still the total makes is quite expensive especially during longer stay. (Actually breakfast price was more than I have experienced anywhere else in the Europe so far).
