Positive: Food was freah n very tasty. Caretakers are friendly n nice. View is great. Rooms are very clean. It is very good value for money.

Negative: Mattress being uncomfortable affected sleep quality. Food options were limited n they need to stock ingredients better.- e.g bhajjias were not available. Took a long time for 2nd tea thermos since milk was over. We did not mind the below.. one needs to climb down stairs from road to where the property is. People with knee issues might find it strenuous. The path from property to river bed is for fit people only n not for all. You should go from panshet side. If u go from lavasa side, u hav to pay 500 rs parking fee even if u dont go to lavasa.
