Positive: The views were excellent

Negative: No morning coffee. This is the 1st place we’ve stayed in 42 years that didn’t have a small coffee pot in the room. That is why we were on the road by 6:30 in the morning. Hated the noise from the metal frames under the bed. Upset that the clerk didn’t believe I was the same person on my license because I no longer dye my hair. The bill had been paid in advance I don’t know what he was worried about. He asked me 4 times “you sure you are Michelle?”

Summary: Wasn’t the worst, wasn’t the best.

Positive: The rooms were much nicer than described online.

Negative: The room was FREEZING COLD, so the floor was freezing cold...everything was freezing cold because they didn't have the heat set at any kind of maintenance temperature and it's winter so we had to wait for the room to heat up from the same temp as outside. The heater was incredibly slow at heating the room, despite it being turned up as high as possible. I had to get the other comforter blanket from the 2nd bed, and hide in bed the whole time just to get even alittle warm.

Summary: WAY too cold, but cleaner than online reviews.
