Negative: Food and staff response time for a few services. Ground floor lift button not working properly. Limited food items not of good quality. Had to go outside to eat despite paying for breakfast due to this on last day.

Positive: Location, pollution less place. Very beautiful, calm and serene. Generally hill stations have become mess due to travellers. But this place is really amazing. Must visit...

Negative: May be less tourists. Absence of buffet breakfast (one day it was there, other day it was not) Roads in between could have been better. Poor roads between Kotdwar & Bijnor was a spoilsport
