Positive: Dive team and dive infrastructure were ok, nice dive sites, dive masters showed lot of interesting marine life

Negative: The hotel had potential, but unfortunately it felt quite poorly maintained. While the overall structure and concept are good, it’s clear that proper upkeep has been neglected. Several areas looked worn out, and attention to detail was lacking—something you would expect at this level. Cleanliness and maintenance should be a priority, but here it seemed inconsistent. Small issues like outdated facilities, minor damages, and a general sense of wear added up and affected the overall experience. With better care and regular maintenance, this place could be significantly improved. As it stands now, it feels like it’s not living up to what it could be.

Negative: The entire property needs a lot of maintenance. No hot water in my first room. Wi-Fi only works on the outside patio, towels were absolutely shredded. There was mold in many many places, all of the plumbing is corroded, the cats are everywhere on furniture and shelving’s, there is a smell about the property that just lingers.

Summary: Property needs a lot of work. Dive operation is good
