Get away from it all! Blue Ridge Hideaway is nestled very privately among 5+ beautiful wooded acres and surrounded by USFS land in the Aska Adventure Area.
This large lodge-style cabin offers room for the entire family or families offering 4 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms including a finished lower level consisting of a Recreation/Game Room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, 50 Inch flat panel TV with satellite and DVD player!!!
The Master bedroom on the upper level has a King size bed, sitting area with two sofas, panoramic windows, 50 inch flat panel TV with Satellite and DVD player (this room was recently closed in for additional privacy).
Two entry level bedrooms offer privacy and comfort. Bedroom one has a queen bed, and private bathroom.Bedroom two has a full and twin size beds with full bathroom (perfect set up for a couple with a small child).
The finished lower level offers a large bedroom with two queen beds, bathroom, and a 27-inch TV with DVD only. Blue Ridge Hideaway is the ultimate choice for privacy and comfort!
Great location for fishermen as this is very near to many popular trout fishing waters including the Toccoa River (2.9 miles or .5 miles on Forest Service road), Noontootla River (1.4 miles), Big Creek, & Coopers Creek.
Lots of porches and decks overlooking this naturalistic Mountain View setting with layered vistas in the distance, all protected from future disturbances.

Summary: When I inquired about this property I was told it would be decorated for Christmas and it wasn’t. There were dirty towels in the washing machine when we arrived, not to mention we were provided 1 towel per guest for 5 nights. The dishes were dirty and needed to be washed prior to using. Basic items were missing like dish towels. I feel this was not what I paid for.

Summary: We were told the cabin would hold 13 and the kitchen only had 4 coffee mugs, one was cracked, pots and pans Teflon was all scratched. The kitchen/living room was much smaller than the photo showed. We were all in each other’s way in the kitchen/ eating area. You couldn’t sit at the table while others sat at the bar because no room. The directions are pitiful. If you drive a van or small vehicle that sits lower to the ground you might have trouble getting there. The road to the cabin was horrible. It says that it is a one hour drive to dawsonville and it was a 2 hour drive. Sone of the utensils had food on them. Just was overall disappointed.

Summary: A nice enough home, but the view and pictures were a little deceiving. That main bank of windows overlooks the garage, however there are still Mountain views. The property needs a little attention to detail. There are 13 beds, which we needed, but the kitchen seems like leftovers rather than being equipped for 13. There were also some things that weren’t working and though we could have called and had it dealt with, who wants to hang around with a repairman on vacation?

Summary: This property had everything we were expecting. Very spacious inside and outside the house. Plenty of places to sleep and things to do in the house. would definitely stay again.

Summary: The cabin is very comfortable, lot of space. We were two families and had rooms for everybody. Kids enjoyed a lot the pool game and hot tub. Lot of activities to do near the cabin, we went to Jon Ron's and did canoeing and kayak by the river. Also did the Long Creek Falls trail , both very impressive experiences. We definitively will book here again.
