Summary: We really had a nice time at this house. The house was nice and had everything you wanted including a pool table and Pac-Man game. House was well kept. The only issue we had was it was cold and there was no heat for the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms were all heated. You could open the bedroom doors for heat but was not enough. We did start a fire in the fireplace. It helped a little. Nice place when it’s not really cold out Any issues was answered right away.

Summary: This place is perfect for a couple of families. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and it worked out great. The place was very clean and well stocked. There are a couple of neighbors but it's very quiet. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is perfect too. Very close to Copper Hill and Blue Ridge. No shortage of things to do if you get bored while relaxing in the hot tub. We've been doing this same trip for several years now and so far this has been our favorite cabin. I highly recommend staying here if you're coming to this area. My only complaint would be that I didn't book the trip for a few more days.

Summary: We enjoyed our long weekend getaway in the mountains! This beautiful home is spacious and great for large families. Everything we needed was provided and a wonderful home- base for the adventures in the area. (Rafting and hiking) We enjoyed the games and hot tub.

Summary: Billy and Melissa were great. The property was awesome. We had everything that we needed to enjoy ourselves. A bunch of buddies and I stayed here for two nights, had a great time, did a bunch of White Water Rafting with my buddy "Capt. Wolf" (Strongly recommended if your are up for some adventure) Reach out to Billy and he can put you in touch with him and his outfitter. We played a bunch of Poker, pool and games on the old fashion arcade game, enjoyed ourselves by the fire-pit and relaxed in the hot tub after getting roughed up on the river. Exit instructions are simple and easy. We will be back. Great place for your family too. lots of things to do. Internet is great and sufficient for you and all your families devices. Thanks Billy and Melissa for the great stay. We definitely made some memories that will last a life time.

Summary: The cabin was lovely; it was clean and had everything we needed. The climb up the road was fairly steep but even my 4 cylinder car made it up. The cabin had a nice set of pots, pan, dinnerware, glassware. It had two coffee pots, a crockpot and blender. It had nice towels and linens. It had a pool table, video game, cornhole. Nice decks on each level. It felt very secluded on the mountain side and we enjoyed the fire pit. It is close enough to town to run in for groceries or a restaurant. We rafted the Ocoee River and it was about 15 minutes to the Raft1 outpost. Highly recommended. We will stay again.

Summary: We wanted an opportunity to spend time with our older grandkids, ages 25 -13. This cabin absolutely filled our wishes. Amenities were fantastic and the property manager was immediately responsive and helpful with all requests or questions. I would not hesitate to book this property again and recommend highly.

Summary: My family had a great time. There were things to do/play for all ages! Very quiet. Close to the Toccoa River for out door water sports and for the Train Ride in Blue Ridge.
