If the Lake is your thing we're only 15 Minutes from Lake Blue Ridge (stop by the tiki bar & restaurant), 20 min from Downtown Historic Blue Ridge Shops, Breweries & Restaurants, 15 Min from The RiverWalk in McCayesville & Live Bands at Tooneys, Several locations for White Water Rafting, Golf, Vineyards and only about 20-25 min from Aska Adventure Area.
More about our Dreamy Cabin: Entry of the cabin is on the Main Level (Mid-Level), same as the parking pad, should you have someone in your party not able to do stairs. This Main/Mid-level is the heart of the cabin for entertaining, with a full kitchen, airy living room, and cozy dining table are all ready to host special dinners or movie nights in no time. This level also boasts one King bedroom with an attached bath and private door access to a breath taking view of the mountains. There's no better place to sip a morning coffee or evening glass of wine with ample seating and gorgeous views.
Making your way to the upper-level and you will find the serene 2nd King bedroom suite and large private bathroom. With a private balcony, deep jetted tub, flatscreen TV, and plush bedding, this suite will spoil you the moment you step foot inside. Not to mention, a desk is at the top of the stairs that will come in handy for those that may need to check on emails or attend Zoom calls while away.
The Basement/3rd Floor: If you are looking for a bit of friendly competition, the lower level features a ping-pong table, fun games, a media room. Private bedroom with Full & Twin size beds and the 2nd living room includes a Queen Size Sofa Bed, and a full private bathroom. Summary: Had a great trip. The house was perfect. There was nothing that I can think of that would be expected that was not provided. Great downstairs area for teens. The hot tub was relaxing and I wish it had not been so cold during our visit so that we could have used the giant swing on the patio more. The main porch is screened in and the porch off the master is as well. On one side of the house is an open deck with a small fenced in area which was so great since we brought a fur baby. A small dog might be able to get out in some areas but most medium size dogs should be contained. We were snowed in for a day and that was just fine. We had the fire going and just relaxed. The cabin was decorated for Christmas making it feel all that more homey. Our host was always easy to contact. Would recommend this cabin.

Summary: We booked Dawn’s cabin for a much needed girls weekend away. Let me start by saying that the photos do NOT do this place justice. We fell in love with the cozy & spacious cabin from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of room for us all to relax and we LOVED having our morning coffee on the daybed swing cuddled up with one of the many cozy blankets provided. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking a breeze! Enjoying wine by the fire pit, fireplace and hot tub we other highlights! Even with the bedrooms being split between 3 floors, and we found the cabin to be quiet and private amongst the people staying. The neighbors are absolutely delightful and even provided us with a quick ride into town one morning. Dawn and Kelly were amazing hosts, great with communication and were so kind to let us extend our stay with little notice. I can not wait to go back!
