Positive: Location was excellent--easy walk to all restaurants, shops, cultural activities. Our studio looked out over the creek, and there was immediate access to the walking/biking trail. I was a bit skeptical about renting this unit as many of the reviews were not very positive. However, for a studio, we found it perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen had enough to prepare simple meals, there were plenty of glasses and wine glasses, the bed was comfortable, bathroom appeared to have a newish shower. Our unit was an individual owner and not part of the Lodge, so any questions regarding the unit had to be directed to the management team, Vacasa.
Negative: We had trouble finding the correct lockbox to access our key cards. We also had a problem on day 2 that the keycard would not work, light blinking on the door lock. Texting with the Vacasa team (not on site) was time consuming, the lodge staff tried to help but they have no control over private units. An on-site member from Vacasa finally came, very nice and helpful, and we eventually got into the room once the battery was changed in the lock.
Summary: Lovely, comfortable studio within easy walking distance of the historic downtown area.

Positive: Wonderful spot in town at the bottom of the 4 o’clock ski out. Clean and cozy will everything you need for two.
Negative: It would have been good to know that the ski out had melted out before I arrived.

Negative: No washer/dryer. The staff of the facility not being able to help us at all since we booked through Vacasa.. really disappointing to not have anyone to help you. It definitely should have been cleaner.
Summary: It was a wonderful location, convenient amenetities, and an all around good trip.

The balcony offers a delightful perspective, and the gym facilities enhance the overall experience of the stay. Fluffy towels, good cleaning supplies and nice shower.
Negative: I would recommend exercising caution when booking this property, as the images for the first condo may not fully represent the actual unit. After making a reservation, please take a moment to click on the details at the top of the listing. Initially, I was confused because the booking confirmation indicated that the unit included a washer and dryer, which turned out not to be the case. It would be beneficial for Vacasa to address this oversight. Since there is no washer and dryer in the unit, guests will need to visit a laundromat in town, as there aren't any shared laundry facilities on-site. The internet connection is somewhat limited and is shared among all guests, so it might not be reliable for those planning to work from home. However, I found that the connection improved during the evenings. Additionally, please keep in mind that there is no air conditioning in this unit. A fan would be a great addition to help circulate air, especially since it can get quite warm around 9 AM during the spring. The bed size is full, which may feel a bit snug for two people sharing. Lastly, it would be helpful if the kitchen included some basic seasonings like salt and pepper, as it's important to be aware of this if you plan to do any cooking. I believe the location has strong potential; however, certain details may detract from the overall experience.

Positive: Location, cleanliness, comforts of home. All amenities at your fingertips.
Negative: Just a couple minor things that could be fixed quite quickly. The shower head was broken, useable but had to make sure it was held at all time, mattress in the hide a bed needed replaced and the screen on sliding glass door needed re-hung.
Summary: It was the best stays while in Breckenridge in 20 years! 🥰
