Positive: The location was convenient, with a good view of Morro Bay. It was within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do. Our room was on the lower level with a balcony. Minor inconvenience to carry our suitcases down and up a short flight of stairs. The sea lions can be a bit loud, but we knew that ahead of time & there was only one night when it was an issue. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Negative: As mentioned, the short flight of stairs when carrying luggage. My wife and I are fit for being 75 and 78, but it was a minor challenge.

Positive: Location is great, easy to get into the parking lot.
Negative: Unfortunately we had a bathroom door that made noise vey loud squakes anytime your tried open or close the door. Also the bed made loud noises if sat on it. Also the toilet made some nasty sounds a long with the shower pipes being very loud like they were going to blow up. This was in room 201 We have stayed at the Blue Sail for over 30 years and never had a bad room until now.
