Positive: We weren't aware there was any breakfast !distance

Negative: Distance to walk every time you needed ice.. no microwave...ridiculous sized refrigerator... no green space to sit out in the evening...the exterior of the building is in dire need of fresh paint and porch floor needs attention. Not a space you want to spend 2 weeks.

Summary: Im really sorry I couldn't give a more complimentary review because the staff were wonderful !!!

Positive: The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The exhaust fan and bathroom light didn't work, a light was out over the vanity, the power went off for a few hrs in half the room due to a blown out outlet and it was very cold one night...no heat.

Summary: Had a great time regardless, the beach access was excellent.

Positive: I didn’t realize my room was like the very end instead of near the beach other than that it was awesome

Negative: Mattresses on the beds were painful to sleep on

Summary: Room was nice. Area was nice. Pool was nice. Mattress was horrible.

Negative: The only negative (aside from the high price) was that when we returned from a wedding reception late at night, someone had parked in our spot, and we had to make our own spot in a location not intended for parking.
