Positive: A beautiful hotel which the owner, Omar, has put a lot of love into making perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more. Due to the issues in the Middle East at the moment we were the only guests and Omar did everything to make me and my family feel like we were his family. He was in contact plenty of times before the stay to check we were ok. When we arrived he made us feel at home straight away and gave us plenty of good recommendations about Madaba. The location was perfect to see all the sights and the breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Madaba. Omar will take great care of you.

Negative: Nothing we did not like. It’s not often we can say this but it was perfect!

Positive: the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. If I come back to Jordan, I would definitely book this hotel again! Thank you very much Muthana.

Positive: Where do I Start with this review! Omar is a beautiful soul, he treated us like family. He got in touch 2 days before we arrived so he could give us the location and have everything ready for our arrival and parking. He helped us park in a safe location 2 minutes walking distance away from the hotel.The hotel is brand new , lovely looking and on the main street where you have both the churches . We felt very safe walking on the streets. Madaba has a beautiful atmosphere at night. we were offered tea, coffee and cold drink on arrival. Omar helped us with our luggage and took us to our rooms, which were lovely with a spotless and new bathroom .A.c worked perfectly. Omars wife prepared a delicious typical Jordanian breakfast with so much variety that we were spoilt for choice. The breakfast was delicious. Omar helped me book a trusted camp in wadi rum as I was having difficulties distinguishing between fake and real reviews and camps. He carried on helping me even after I had left Madaba. I would highly recommend Omar and this hotel. I will be coming back to only Omars hotel when in Madaba again. Omar is my brother from another mother. His hospitality and kindness has a whole level of love in my heart for the madaba people!

Positive: This is one of the nicest and cosiest property to stay at. Cleanliness surpassed that of 5 star hotels. Above all though, the hospitality and the welcoming guests receive are unrivalled. Omar went above and beyond in ensuring his guests feel right at home at Blue Stone Hotel.

Positive: The location - Madaba is amazing 😍 and we were staying in the heart of it - steps from restaurants and souvenir stores. There is no dedicated parking lot, only street parking, but after 4pm you most likely will get the space. The hotel itself is very small and family owned, Omar and his family work hard to build a great reputation. The hotel is new, a lot of small but important details like decor or fresh fruits on breakfast 😉 Housekeeping was amazing - our room was clean, as were towels and sheets! Nice stylish lobby and small cozy bar on the 1st floor. My only suggestions: it would be great if you could add a shelf in the bathroom and change sheets from polyester to cotton❤️ Good luck in the business 🤞
