Blue Vista is a gorgeous top floor, ocean front, corner unit that offers stunning ocean and bay views. It is the perfect sanctuary if you’re looking to relax and recharge. Its open floor plan allows you to soak up breathtaking ocean views from the gourmet kitchen and inviting dining/living areas. You will never want to leave the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf with ample seating to sit, sip and dine; the views do not get any better than this! *This vacation rental is equipped with a ring doorbell for your security and protection. Additionally with devices that monitor the environment inside the property including: smoking, noise levels, temperature, and motion to help our guest have a pleasant stay.*
We care for Blue Vista as a home and resort retreat. We strive to offer a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere where precious forever memories are made! It is beautifully appointed and artfully decorated throughout and stocked with everything you would normally need in a vacation home.
This vacation oasis is perfect for a larger family, two smaller families, or couple looking to enjoy the best views in style. Blue Vista offers a king bed in the primary with ensuite bathroom and private balcony to view the sunset, a second king bedroom, and a third bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds (twin over twin). Sleeps up to 8. The unit includes 3 sizable high-end TV's, WIFI, cable, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the west end of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is cleaned & groomed offering a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston.
RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.
The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant, pools, beach, or elevators.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm & check out is 10:00 a.m.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!
**Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.

*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund less a $100 administrative fee & the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

Summary: Lovely views, clean and well-appointed condo, right on the beach. Beautifully decorated with stocked kitchen, right next to dune walkover. Not too far from beach club. One of our favorite stays at Pointe West!

Summary: My elderly parents, myself, and my 3 kids (ages 17,16, and 11) stayed at Blue Vista at the end of July and let me tell you... this place was so gorgeous. The details and comfort were unmatched. We all couldn't stop saying how great everything was from the appliances, the beach view, and the quietness of the property. The kitchen was fully equipped and all we had to bring was our own food. It also had plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows too. Our only concern (and this was not the property owners fault), was the elevator was broken on the last 2 days of our trip. The sign clearly states to not hold the elevator door open for anything which can cause it to stop working and then needs to be reset. I figure someone must have done just that. My mother who has some health issues, has a hard time going up and down the stairs so that was difficult for her. Good thing she only needed to go up and down and few times. We never made it to any of the pools (although they looked really nice) because my kids wanted to be on the beach the whole time. Hosts were great too and they responded quickly when asking about how something works or getting the updated WiFi password. My kids have already said that they want to stay there again. We really had a wonderful time!
