Positive: The location was amazing! We looked out from the balcony and saw a beautiful view of the swimming pools, picnic area, volleyball court, palm trees, and most spectacularly the Gulf! The employees who worked here were so kind and respectful of our whole family from the littlest ones to the elderly. That may have been my favorite part. The water in all the pools was very clean and the grounds were manicured wonderfully.
Negative: I wish they had included the price of parking in the entirety of the bill. We had to hunt down how to pay for parking once we arrived which unfortunately for us was after business hours. It was inconvenient. The price to park was not bad but it was an added expense and I always like to pay everything up front. I will say that the office once open was extremely nice to work with.

Positive: We spent two hours trying to get into the condo, the batteries had been changed on Friday and again on Sunday, we arrived Monday and they were dead. The condo was great for our needs and the pool was fabulous. The building was in bad disrepair and most of the time the elevators did not work. I had an 82 year old with me a 4yr old, 5 yr old and 7 yr old. The 82 yr old tripped on a broken step on the stairwell and fractured her leg the 2nd day we were there.
Negative: The door key situation is in need of repair, the entire building needs to be renovated or torn down. The stairways are dangerous, parking is HORRIBLE and the elevators were always out of service the week we were there.
Summary: Pay a little more and stay someplace else

Positive: We liked the cleanliness and the air conditioner worked well. We heard someone talk about how their air conditioner wasn't working. Being right across from the beach was nice too
Negative: The bathtub drains slowly, with water backing up.
