Construction Updates
We will be replacing the attic piping of all guest unit buildings from Feb. 22nd through Oct. 8th, 2021. The project will be completed 9am-5pm. Elevator use may be impacted. From June 14th to June 18th, we will be installing new TVs in Buildings 1 and 2. This project will take place 9am to 5pm. Our vendor will need access to units to replace old TVs for roughly 30 min. per TV. In addition, the pool, spa, and playground areas will be closed Sept. 20th to 28th for upgrades. We are excited to provide upgrades to the resort and every effort will be made to minimize the impact on your stay.

Summary: I spent two weeks here and the villa is nice. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, furnishings are good, etc. The screened in balacony overlooks the golf course and is nice to sit and watch sunsets. You can hear a decent amount of noise around you (such as a young kid literally running around in the villa above you until midnight...). The property/grounds are clean and nice. Pool is heated and large. I had to complete an info form prior to my arrival and then arrived and the staff was confused and seemed frustrated because the name and address didn't match what I had told them when they asked for my name; even though I filled everything out that I was supposed to. I was asked multiple timed if I knew the owner and when I responded no, I was asked how did I find out about BlueGreen then it was as if nobody had ever heard of the vrbo website. Just a tad annoying when you fill everything out in advance and then things don't go seamlessly at check in. Location, it's about 20/30 minutes from the downtown area and such.

Summary: Overall my stay at this property was good. We stayed for three weeks. However halfway through they were gonna make us change rooms because of availability. This was never told to us when we booked. However the property staff worked it out and we did not have too.
