Summary: Have not stayed in 2 year. Now have to pay for parking and now have to pay for breakfast. First room a/c broken, lights in bathroom broken and door hanger broken. The second room phone did not work wires pulled out of wall and tv remote broken and refrigerator leaking water. The staff was great though. The rooms need to be upgraded.

Summary: I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I travel for business and stay in at least 3 hotels a week, and the staff at this hotel are the best! The rooms are clean, quiet, the ac works great. The location is busy and can be noisy, but it shut down about 9:00pm and was quiet after that. I only wish I traveled to Manhattan more often.

Summary: Overall, a good experience. One main issue that isn’t advertised is parking - no free parking for anyone who stays there, which is a more recent change apparently. It’s an extra 20 dollars to park… it seems like a hidden fee they don’t share with you until after you reserved the room.

Summary: Firstly, they charge $17/night for parking. That wasn’t in their description and was an unpleasant surprise. The room was worn, rust by the shower, and the in room coffee maker had mold in it. I called and left a message for the manager and there was no response. The hotel is in a great location, but we won’t be back. There are other options.

Summary: Room was clean. But unless you tell them to service the room. They will not service the room. So our trash never got emptied. Bar is under new management and did not have all the ingredients or had expired ingredients for making drinks. So I was not able to get the drink I ordered nor the back up drink I ordered. Pool was down for maintenance for part of our stay. Which was disappointing to daughters.
