Positive: The staff was super kind and helpful, the most positive part about this place. The location was perfect too. There was a decent choice for breakfast and dinner, also very tasty food.
Negative: The water was free and available for breakfast but for the dinner we had to pay. I understand that alcoholic drinks should not be free, but water is a bare minimum to be included for the dinner as well for this price. Parking is 9eur/day. This is also something I would expect to be a part of a place like this and in the price they charge.

Positive: Love this place and the hotel – it’s truly a happy place. The staff is wonderful, everyone from housekeeping to the front desk to the bar, etc. The location is perfect, close to everything. Everything is also very comfortable.
Negative: One downside is the dinner – it wasn’t perfect last year, but better than this year. The meat options feel a bit dry and it’s hard to even put together a good salad. The breakfast, however, is excellent.

Positive: Clean, modern, great rooms(good shower and comfy bed)pool was well maintained and good size. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent!
Negative: If you stay anytime between beginning of June(start of summer season) and September. There’s an extra 10% charge on everything. Dinner wasn’t as good as breakfast.

Positive: Our reservation was canceled due to early closure of Hotel Borak. We were upgraded to a better hotel (Grand hotel Elaphusa) and got room with a sea view. Perfect location and excellent amenities. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Excellent food. Helpful staff. Clean, modern, bright room with balcony overlooking the sea.

Positive: I loved the facilities, its location and the overall decor which was tasteful, modernist and cool. It’s situated on the way to the major beach with smaller ones dotted along the promenade. In the heat of the day, the walk into town is tortuous but not impossible.
Negative: I feel that the restaurant staff is not happy and some of that shows up in the service. Also, there is no water fountains available, the water can only be purchased.
