3 Bedroom House in Spicewood

The Bluff house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Travis. The one-of-a-kind house was designed to optimize the view of the lake from every room. The house has recently been remodeled from head to toe.

The first floor has an open concept living room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and laundry. There is a deck with outside table and perch from our "eagle's nest" overlooking the lake.
The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a pristine new master bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed and landing with a large comfortable chair for 2, set up to enjoy the view.
The 3rd floor includes an open concept loft (please note there is not a door on this third bedroom space) with a full bed and twin trundle bed.

Outside, the house has a beautiful "spool", bigger than a hot tub but smaller than a pool! The "spool" was designed to overlook the lake and can both heat up and cool depending on the temperature. We've also installed an "eagle's nest" lookout with small firepit overlooking the lake. We have a charcoal bbq available and lovely outdoor furniture.
There is also a "club house" area (as my son has nicknamed it), which is a screened in patio area overlooking the lake- definitely fun for adults not just kids.

This house is the wonderful quiet retreat. It is in a sleepy Spicewood neighborhood, and we ask that our guests keep noise to a minimum and avoid any outdoor noise after 9pm.
