Positive: Beautiful apartment, exceptionally designed with attention to every detail and with the most stunning view of the sea and Cannes. Conveniently located right across from the public part of the Croisette beach. Spar grocery store is just around the corner as are many restaurants along Croisette. Our son enjoyed skateboarding at the skate park right next to the beach. We enjoyed having our meals on the balcony. Old town and Festival Palace are walking distance. Check-in was smooth. The caretaker Tita kindly met us in front of the building to hand us the keys and show us around even though we arrived outside of office hours. Overall, this was one of the best places we stayed and we’d come back anytime.
Negative: Everything was great.
Summary: Amazing place with an exceptional view — we enjoyed everything about our stay.

Positive: Amazing view over La Croisette - truly lovely! The mirror on the balcony doubled that too we absolutely loved it. The appliances are super modern and easy to work with- the flat itself is well thought out with speakers throughout, excellent lighting and TV.
Negative: Possibly more towels (only small towels available) and more pillows! But did not take away from our stay we had the loveliest time and it was a pleasure to stay in your apartment
Summary: Amazing stay for our first time in Cannes! We will definitely be back - staying in an apartment was a lot more cost effe

Negative: very weak light in the rooms and in the bathroom, the children's room had no window, they do not provide soap and shower gel in the bathroom.

Positive: The balcony and view was exceptional! Lots of space and nice appliances including a freezer with ice.
Negative: The train tracks were literally behind the master bedroom and it was loud. There weren’t any toiletries and only one soap dispenser had soap in it. We had to keep moving it around from sink to sink.

Positive: Wonderful apartment with a magnificent view of the sea. Wonderful designer interior, cozy balcony, convenient location. Nearby shops, bakeries, beach clubs. The owner was always in touch, it is very nice! We will be happy to come back again.
