Summary: Great apartment except no lifts, have to carry heavy luggage up for 2 floors. Quite spacious for Tokyo standard.

Summary: Great place to stay in! Very close to street full of food and two big subway stations, yet tucked in so it’s nice and quiet. Comfortable apartment style living, kind manager, highly recommend!

Summary: Jeffrey is so friendly and quick replying for my questions. The room is so cozy and tidy. I just have one thing negative point is no enough towels. I hope they provide medium size towels as well. Other things are very nice. Especially there is bath tub in the unit that is huge bonus point!!!! Overall, I was so satisfied to stay this condo.

Summary: <5 mins walking distance to Shin-Ōkubo Station in Yamanote Line, which is conventient. The building is nicely maintained and stylish. The surrounding of the building is a bit quiet but overall I felt safe. On the other hand, you can barely hear any sounds at night so you can enjoy yourselves inside the room. However, once you walk down to the main street, the crowd makes you feel like you are in the 'upside-down world'. Not many amenities available, so please prepare by yourselves. Better to have basic things available there.

Summary: For Tokyo larger rooms than usual, a nice bathtub, quiet area next to a very lively area. Staff friendly and helpful, cleaning costs a small fee and is done on demand, but the rooms are quite clean. I would definitely stay here again.
