Positive: Although I didn't stay in this apartment as there was a last minute issue with it (water flooding from the apartment above), I wanted to rate the host, especially Roberta to take time with me to find a solution for my stay in Sal Rei. We did find an agreement for another apartment in the same building, unfortunately not for my entire stay as it as not available on my last two days , but I was absolutely fine with it and it completely met my expectations.

Negative: The Wi-Fi is terrible, and if you don't have good coverage from your SIM provider, you'd be lost.

Positive: The appartement was nice clean and spatious.

Negative: The contact with the hosts was terrible. They were there when you had to pay but afterwards if there was a problem they did not respond. The island struggled with power outtage. So it was not the fault of the building but we could not find out because the hosts did not respond. We stayed in another appartement before this one on boa vista and our old host at least responded to us even though we didnt stay in his building anymore. Lastly to repeat myself, the hosts of boaApp were awfull, on the checkout day they asked us to leave before the regular check out time, because they rented it out to the next one... We finally agreed to go early, but then they never showed up for the checkout. We just left and put the key on the table.

Positive: The appartment is very clean and has a wonderful location.

Negative: The flat is unfortunately not cosy and only sporadically furnished. The kitchen is poorly equipped and the wifi is unfortunately not stable.

Summary: A stay for two/three days is great, not an option for a longer stay in my opinion.
