Summary: Food ran low regularly in the mornings. Water/juice machine did not work the whole week I was there. The hot water dispenser never had hot water… the room was clean but the fridge did not work. The bathroom needed deep cleaning with rings in tub and grout with mold. Water pressure in shower was STRoNG! Bed was comfy enough. Walls thin! Not sure how this hotel is rated so highly, but not sure the other options in the area are much different.

Summary: There was no staff available to check in guests and they did not respond to the buzzer or dialing 0 as the sign started. I had to yell loudly in order for staff to come out of their room to check us in. When we got to the room, no fan or AC had been left on. There was very high humidity to the point the floor felt damp and the room had a funky odor. The bed was not comfortable and we did not sleep well. Breakfast was okay the next morning. My brother stayed in another room and told us his room had not been cleaned when he checked in, with unmade beds, dirty towels, and trash all over. When he reported it to the front desk, their response was "are you sure?" Overall, very disappointing experience.

Summary: Was not what I expected. I saw that it had good ratings so I assumed it would be okay. The room smelled mildewy, the TV didn't work. The pillows were huge so we called the front desk to see if they had any flatter. Nope. Breakfast was so-so.

Summary: The room was clean and give them a 4.5star for that. Overall the stay was nice for what we were needing. However, a few things need to be addressed. The outside door at the far end of the hotel, the lock is broken so anyone can get in. Towels seem to be an issue. We only had 3 body towels in our room. When I asked the maid for hand towels she didnt have any but did have wash clothes and gave me several wash clothes. Used the extra as my hand towel. Also, In my opinion when a towel has a hole time to retire and not hang in the guest room. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was the usual hotel menu.

Summary: The 1st night, the light fixture between the beds fell off the wall at 12:30 am. I reported at 7 am when I asked again around 3, they' acted surprised. Moved us to a different room. Tv didn't work in new room, switches remote and still no tv. Breakfast sucked. Very disappointed as we have stayed there almost every 4th of July for many years. Not sure if we will go back.

Summary: This was a great place to stay. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and offered both hot and cold options. Friendly staff. The price was very reasonable. I would stay again.

Summary: The toilet ran constantly. When I lifted up the toilet tank lid to see if I could fix it myself I noted a ton of white mold in the tank, which filled up the toilet bowl when I flushed the toilet. The toilet never stopped running during my stay. The shower had long hairs in it. The Internet was spotty. DIRECTV did not work despite a staff member coming to my room, looking at it and then telling me it would get fixed. The front of the building had debris and a broken pallet in front of the front door. The two outside trash cans were overflowing. Pretty disappointed in my stay, won't be back.
