Summary: This is in a terrific location. Very close to the Cathedral and many restaurants. We walked to the train station. The rooms are cozy but clean and comfortable. As a note for other American travelers, once in the building, go up the stairs to the automatic check in machine. I’ve not done that before but it worked very well.

Summary: This property is conveniently located in the downtown area of Aachen. The contactless check-in worked flawlessly. The rooms were adequate and clean, fulfilling all of our needs. A nice bonus is that the beds were quite comfortable.

Summary: The rooms we rented were very clean and modern. We had just a little trouble getting in as you must put in the code and turn the SMALL knob to the left. It was very comfortable and quiet and the shower was great. Only complaint was that we could not stay connected to the wifi for a couple hours, then somehow it straightened itself out.

Summary: Very good location. Rooms on the small side but we'll appointed and clean. Automated check in and no staff at all.

Summary: All good except the door entry system. You have to touch the keypad very quickly and with only one finger. It is very temperamental and I had to try more than 10 times and eventually phone the office. Fortunately someone from the restaurant explained the problem. There’s no elevator, so I had to hump a 22kg bag upstairs with a slipped disc. I personally don’t like the automatic check in system. For the price it wouldn’t kill them to have the restaurant double as a reception. But nice quiet comfortable stay.
