Negative: We were informed only the day before that the boat would go out for a cruise at 4pm. We didn't make it in time to join the cruise, and then we had to wait until 7pm when they returned to check in.

Positive: Great value. Comfortable room with decent shower. Amazing views of the marina.

Negative: This is a new concept. A few teething issues to sort. Breakfast took a long time. They should also make you aware in advance about cruise timings as it means the boat is unaccessible. This is OK providing your planning an evening out somewhere anyway. Evening cruise from 8pm to 11pm in our case
