Welcome to Bay John! Enjoy a wonderful afternoon on the screened In porch while watching the area wild life and sunsets.
Bay John has all the comforts of home for you to enjoy, great beds, nice kitchen, and someone to clean when you leave. The perfect place to stay with the quite of country life in the city of Gulf Shores, Al. This unit is all about location. Come visit for a special trip.
This property is in a unique setting away from the crowds, but within 10 minutes of the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores.
This unit is a large 1980 square foot 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with lot's of extra's that will make you feel right at home. Primary has king, guest has queen bed, third bedroom has twin bunk beds and a twin bed with trundle.. Living room has queen sleeper sofa.
Lounge by the screened-in pool with great furniture and Jacuzzi. The exercise facility is fully equipped and has 2 televisions with full cable. The pier is lighted for night fishing, dinners or just good ole fashion relaxing.
Restaurants, water parks, zoo and outlet shopping are only a few minutes away.
Boat and jet-ski slips are available.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).
Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and were impressed with the upkeep of the facilities. The rental was very spacious and pool was lovely. Loved the location, a bit away from all the tourism.

Summary: Beautiful view of the bay! Very nice and clean condominium. Only issue we had was not enough parking...10 people in 2 car is not realistic..we got a warning for being towed!!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year at Bay John One and as before, we were very satisfied. Living room furniture in our unit could use a little updating, but bedrooms were comfortable. The location is quiet and the residents are friendly. As always, one of the best parts is watching the dolphins play in the water from our patio. Great place and great visit.

Summary: The check in process was very easy. This was one of the few properties that had enough beds available for our family within our budget. It was quiet and the bay is beautiful during sunset. It's a little off the beaten path but offered everything we needed and was within a short drive from everything we wanted to do.

Summary: We loved staying here. It wasn’t on the beach but on the bay and kids loved walking out to fish on the pier!! Quiet family oriented and only about 10 minutes from the beach!! It was clean and big enough for our whole group!! We weren’t right on top of each other!! Only thing I would say is bring bug spray!! Skeeters will get you out by the water!! Lol
