3 Bedroom House in Elberta

Located on Wolf Bay in Elberta, Alabama, this house has tile floors and new furnishings. There are flat-screen TVs in all the rooms. The spacious living room has a fireplace to sit near and relax during the cooler months. The dining table seats eight and there are six bar seats at the breakfast bar. There is outdoor seating on the outside porch. Wolf Bay House sleeps 12: primary bedroom has a king bed, guest room has 2 double beds with a great bunk room that has 2 triple bunks (a double bed on bottom and a single bed on top). Both bathrooms are a tub/shower combination.
There is a picnic table under the house. For cooking outside there is a large charcoal grill (renter is responsible for supplying charcoal). Sit in the custom-made chairs around the fire pit and enjoy the view. Become a child again and enjoy a smores treat!
Boats and trailers are welcome. The private boat dock has two slips for boats with extra space for two Jet Skis. Kayak's are welcome. Navigate the back waters and coves. You have a beautifully landscaped and private walk way to the boat dock (pier). All boaters’ dreams come true with this property. Red snapper season is May-June and a 35-minute boat ride from property to the Gulf of Mexico. The Navy’s Blue Angel’s air show is only an hour’s ride away. This property has access to a shared-private membership boat launch and pier.
House is pet friendly. Pet must be pre-approved prior to arrival; a pet fee applies.
All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate.

Summary: Great location with friendly neighbors. Located at the end of the street right next to the community boat ramp. Easy access to the boat ramp and the dock associated with the home. The only thing the dock is missing is power and water. House is spacious and comfortable. Great fishing from the community dock too!!

Summary: The house was clean and had a pretty view from the porch. The boat slip and walk down to water was nice. The living space / kitchen was also very roomy and good for visiting. The two bathrooms make it very hard to have more than 4/6 guests. I had to purchase extension cords to plug in electronics in guest room and the bathroom needed some updating but overall, cool place and great view.

Summary: Very beautiful inside and out. Not right on the water but only few hundred feet across an open section of property separates this nautical themed cabin from the bay. A very short walk to the dock where we saw dolphins right off the dock in the bay and deer in the yard the next morning. Well kept and quiet, fit our style perfectly compared to the ultra modern hustle and bustle staying down in the main beach areas. We would definitely stay here again. It was very well cleaned/sanitized also!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is beautiful. It has a cabin-feel and is extremely large. Even though it appears to be an older home it is very charming and homey. The views of Wolf Bay are breathtaking from inside and out with two large decks on each side. It is just a short walk down to the pier to have a closer look. Plenty of space for eating, inside and outside. There is even a swing underneath the house, as well as a grill for grilling. On the negative side, there were a couple of issues that I reported after our stay, but nothing that kept us from having a good time. We would definitely like to rent it again in the future!

Summary: I rented the house last minute. We had 13 people, 8 or which were kids. The house was huge and everyone had room to run. We would definitely rent again if in the area.
