Negative: The condo next door had a party going on and played music so loud every room in the house could not sleep. It went on all night long and everyone in our party was very frustrated

Positive: This is a nice property in a nice neighborhood close to shopping and food. There is space for an extended family to stay. Kitchen had most things you would want to use for cooking.
Negative: The sheets in one room (mine) were not clean...they had been slept in previously. That is not acceptable at any price but especially at the price we paid. We didn't want to tell our whole family the problem...so kept the issue to ourselves only to find out the next day that another bed seems like the sheets were less than fresh. It made for a very uncomfortable first night for me and my immediate family...and embarassment later when finding out there was another bed like that which we didn't get fixed because we didn't know about it. Basic things like this shouldn't happen ever. Also--unrelated to this host (vacasa) we reserved through booking.com and they were a disaster. They claimed to price match, but their conditions for price matching are impossible and therefore it's an empty promise. They also failed to award promised promotional credits. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve with booking.com on the phone, over email, and chat without any positive results, or any adjustments...but they do all these things when the reservation is no longer cancelable. Not professional at booking.com.
Summary: Nice property, nice layout, nice quiet neighborhood but needs to be managed much better.
