Positive: Clean, modern, and plenty space for family of five. We were in number 26 and the balcony is in the sun which was great. Combination locks at entry door, apartment door and safe in the apartment. Comfortable parking with dedicated parking space. 2 minute drive to beach. Really enjoyed the stay!
Negative: Fitness room could benefit from more versatile equipment and weights, but honestly there are so many better things to do on the island that it didn’t matter.
Summary: Would book again.

Positive: Our stay was absolutely spectacular! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — not a single detail was missing for us to fully enjoy our beach vacation. It was equipped with everything we needed and more: a cooler, beach chairs, paddle ball set, plenty of towels, and even a washer and dryer which were extremely convenient. The towel replacement service was great, and the apartment truly had everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. The attention and service from the company throughout our entire stay were exceptional. We definitely recommend them without hesitation, and we would absolutely choose to stay with them again if the opportunity arises!

Positive: Aracari is located in Noord, close to the hotels, but not right in the tourist trap. 10 mins from the closest beach. Great place to have a respite and get a feel for local culture. I am an English speaking guest and had no problem if I needed assistance and felt very safe as a solo traveler. The condo has security codes you must have to enter the building as well as a separate one to enter your personal space. Great place, would highly recommend!

Positive: Everything you need is provided in the apartment - it truly feels like a home away. Good place for longer family stays - it is in the quiet neighborhood, spacious and has a private parking.
Negative: The biggest problem for us was the waterfall in the pool running all day long until the night as it was directly in front of our bedrooms near the building's wall. The sound of non stop running water is so loud and annoying it is like living near the highway. The first thing we heard after stepping in the apartment is the running water and straight away we asked to change the apartment. The answer was that they are fully booked for these dates and they will turn of the waterfall until the end of our stay. We agreed about it. For some days it was off, but then they started to turn it on again. Many times we had to write to them and ask to turn of the waterfall. Moreover, around 7 in the morning every few days they start to clean the pool and make loud noises which is absolute not normal. at 7?! People comes here to rest not to be waken up like they have to go to work! So, what could be a wonderful stay it became a torture with the constantly running water on/of and pool cleanings which could be performed at later time/evening. It became a fight for the quietness in a otherwise quiet place. The running 'waterfall' in the pool does not create any value for the guests. It even looks awful. And the apartment becomes unusable. So if the only thing you want is quietness and rest, the apartments facing the pool is not for you. Second, there are no curtains just blinds which are transparent, so when the sun rises you rise as well. No quietness, no good sleep and no rest. The things we needed most. If these things are crucial for you, ask the apartment away from the pool otherwise it will be a torture.

Positive: Good location a little bit away from the noise of the busy palm beach area. We loved having laundry, a kitchen, two bedrooms and our own bathroom each for our trip. The room was clean, the staff extremely responsive and helpful. Our own parking spot included in the rental. Next door is the Oak Restaurant which we had dinner at one night and it was excellent. We were too busy exploring so we didn’t use the pool or the gym, but those looked nice as well. Balcony was also nice but we did not sit out there - maybe if we stayed for longer. We would happily stay here again, it’s a good value for the space and amenities.
Negative: This is specific to unit 25, but the blinds at night slapping against each other was a little annoying I had to mentally block it out. A lot of blinds were also missing in one of the bedrooms but one of the days they came in and fixed that so it looked a lot better. Some of the towels had set in stains in them, it looked like makeup of someone’s foundation. I knew they were clean though. Not all the towels are like that so if you’re picky speak up they will make it right. Around towels swap there was a miscommunication with the staff and they forgot to swap our towels but did eventually bring them next day. They brought a fruit basket as an apology. Unit 25 had a lot of plastic cups which we didn’t use - I’d suggest to the unit owner to throw them away. Also the pans were nonstick pans and should be replaced with a nontoxic option, one pan was already scratched. We also had a hard time using some of the appliances so wish there were user guides. Overall we would stay here again despite all that.
