Summary: I needed to take my family to Cambodia Immigration and wanted to stay near by. There are other hotels for less money closer to the immigration office but I have stayed in a few in the past and they are Cambodian owned , old, run down and not inviting. This is the most expensive place I have stayed at in the last 15 years in Cambodia and Thailand. It is a very nice condo development built by a Japanese company so very nice features in the room. My daughter really like the roof top swimming pool that each of the 3 buildings have and they also have a kids pool on the 1st floor of building B. The hidden jem is the little coffee shop that serves breakfast , lunch and dinner with all the breads ect. made fresh each day right there. We had dinner and it was great, even the salads had balsamic vinegar dressing. There is also a little store with a good selection of things. The only negative is lack of information in the room on how to use things. We never could get the TV/ Cable to work, and it took us a while to figure out how to turn on the hot water and I could not find a way to turn the exhaust fan in the kitchen off. They had a gas stove but I do not think it was hooked up as I could not find any gas bottle or gas supply so we did not use it. They did have a microwave and a washing machine so bring your dirty clothes to wash.

Summary: Great space and amenities. Kind of quiet for vacation travelers. Most things to see are not close by. Friendly staff.

Summary: It's so close to the airport, like less than 5 mins by taxi, so it's a perfect choice if you just want to stay for transfer. We had a late night check-in (midnight) but the staff was still welcoming us and escort us to the room. The room is specious, clean, cozy and quiet. Rooftop swimming pool is a highlight. Very clean and has a great view of Phnom Penh. The stay come with a complimentary breakfast. Various selections include western and cambodian style. I had the chicken noodle soup and thai tea, which are so great!! The manager also recommended us some good restaurants and places to visit in downtown Phnom Penh.

Summary: A great place to stay! location is close to the airport and the amenities is great. It's clean, spacious, great view, swimming pool and free breakfast. The staffs are also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend it!

Summary: if you need a place to stay near the hotel then this place is very good. The local area is super quiet but the apartment we stayed in was very good and the area was very well looked after. We arrived very late and left very early so when we checked in it was via the security team and they didnt find our booking straight away. No bars or restaurants are close by but i think that is true no matter where you stay near the airport. So overall not a bad place to stay would have been nice to have breakfast open earlier as we left before 7am and that was when breakfast started.

Summary: This place is a service apartment and the place is cozy. This place has a little mini mart and a small coffee shop. extremely near to the airport. however, no more shuttle bus arrangement to the town, thus we will have to call a Tuk-Tuk to go outside this place. not many people understand English, so have to use the Google Translate all times.

Summary: It's very close to the airport, and it's not far from the town. It's very good that it has a coffee shop and a mini mart inside the condo, which provide huge convenience since there's few shops nearby. The staff was kind and easy to communicate with. Also, they provide 24-hour services so they could solve my problems very fast. The skypool is fantastic and it's really nice to grab a beer on the rooftop. It's a very good and warm place and I really felt myself at home!
