Positive: It is a nice a cozy house whit very limited number of rooms so in my case my whole family was occuping the whole property and it makes us feel like we were in our own home. The staff is very attentive and helpful all the time

Negative: The house it is very close to a crossroad so it could be noisy with all the cars and bikes passing by. It is a pitty that the roof terrace is not fitted with chairs and tables as it would be a great place for sitting and chilling.

Summary: Great place with a very realxing atmosphere.

Positive: Very clean hotel. We stay in a room with balcony. We have been in North Goa 4 times, and that hotel really clean with nice bathroom. Photo of Hotel like in real. Stuff is very helpful and pleasant. Tasty breakfast by menu.

Negative: There are no table in a room.

Summary: I will recommend this hotel everybody for that price.
