Summary: We loved our stay at your home, it was clean, quiet and felt like home. We enjoyed the neighborhood and felt safe while we were at the residence. The remodel was very well done and everything that we needed for our stay was available. We will definitely stay here next year for our next trip to Topeka. Thank you!

Summary: The check in process and communication with owner was easy prior to booking. When we arrived a lawn service came to mow, essentially dirt (couldn't unload or leave when we needed to due to right by door and eating dirt and in eyes). This should have been scheduled when guests were not checking in. Owner offered to take our cars to get cleaned (one was a rental so they cant drive and other was brand new and not letting a stranger drive). We had issues with the water in the shower it was either scalding or freezing and took showers at friends house. We left early due to not being able to get the thermostat above 63. This was communicated with the owner with ZERO reply. Very disappointing and had a list of friends excited to see our experience for future rental opportunities since was near the college.

Summary: The inside was modern and beautiful. Definitely is a charming place. It served its purpose for what we needed when visiting family for Thanksgiving. Great decor, had everything needed for the kitchen. Even had a dog bowl in the utility closet that we were able to use for our pup. Awesome washing machine, which we started a load of towels before we left as instructed in the checkout notes. The detailed information binder was awesome! The Kids loved playing with the toys that were there. TV was great, and very comfortable couches and beds! The only reason I did not do 5 stars was we were having issues with the heat, but we were not there the majority of the time just to sleep and shower really. We also used a towel to cover the bathroom window for showers. We did also hear a gunshot that sounded a couple blocks away but other than that it's a pretty safe neighborhood and in no way is that the fault of the property manager..

Summary: This cozy home provided everything we needed for our stay in Topeka. Check-in and check out was super easy. It was in a nice, very quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need. Would definately stay here again!

Summary: The house is in a great location for us to visit our son at Washburn. It is wonderful that they allowed us to bring our Yorkie too!

Summary: Stayed here with family while attending an event for my kid and loved the proximity to so many places! The house was very clean and we loved the fenced yard as we had our two dogs! Enjoyed our stay! However, we did notice that the area had a lot of loud car noise and loud car music late at night which would eventually stop but this would happen between 9-11 pm every night. Nothing the owners of this beautiful home can control but just sharing the noise in the neighborhood. Loved how generous the host was with towels! And if you’re staying for a few days, they provide a very nice washer and dryer! Would definitely stay here again if I have to be in Topeka for another event! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Summary: We were excited to stay at this house for our recent stay in Topeka. The pictures looked adorable online. Good: Communication with host was good. Kitchen was sufficient. Bad: Cobwebs in the hall. Dirt/hair in the corners of rooms. Bathroom is old and super small. Tub spout wouldn’t work (only shower). Shower curtain isn’t big enough. Window in the shower can be seen through! Some dishes were dirty. Couch is cheap and old (and uncomfortable). It rained, which made a large portion of the sidewalk under water (yard was muddy, so no place to walk). Bedding was cheap. We have stayed in 5 houses in the last 2 months. I always leave great reviews, so it’s hard to leave a negative one, but I hope the owners take note.
