Summary: Our stay began a little rocky as we never received the pre-check in lock code from the owner. I had to reach out to them once we reached the property. Thankfully they responded quickly with the info and were very apologetic. No problem, mistakes happen. In general the place was quite nice, great neighborhood, central to everything in Wichita Falls. Inside condition a little tired, but clean. Mattresses were very comfortable and we all slept very well. A few minor things missing like a door or curtain for master bathroom and a few lamps (vs overhead lights) in bedrooms and living room would be nice, but overall a good place to stay.

Summary: This property is in a great location with many restaurants nearby. It is clean and has a nice private backyard and convenient covered parking. Beds are new and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here.
