Summary: The back area by the river was very nice and relaxing. The way the staff did not communicate was not very helpful. The room was very tacky with the ugly furniture colors-the online pictures are deceiving. The scone by the side of the bed would not turn off so we had a light in all night. The coffee maker didn’t work. There was no information about checkout time of when breakfast was served. I had asked the bartender the night before he stated he had no idea all of the staff went home.

Summary: Room smelled of sewage. The bathroom was very small with a sliding door. We got the room because we saw a jacuzzi/spa in the listing, but it wasn’t running. Bummer! The speak easy was very cool though and the included breakfast was a plus.

Summary: Staff was friendly room was nice. Only suggestion is it was a little cold in the room turn on the heater a little bit before people check in, but I’m looking forward to going back during the summertime so that I can enjoy it more.

Summary: I went on a work trip and needed a receipt to verify my stay so I could receive per diem compensation. I requested a receipt from BoHo Manor, to which they sent me a blank form within the body of an email. I requested they send a proper receipt and they never got back to me. Soooo... If you are staying here for work, be prepared to not receive an appropriate receipt verifying your stay. P.S.: They do not have microwaves in the rooms and the WiFi is spotty.

Summary: Both the restaurant and the piano bar were closed, even though All posted hours said they should be open. The code on the room door didn’t work, we were able to get in, but not lock it when we left to get dinner.. No access to the main hall or continental breakfast that was promised. No staff on site or available by phone.
