Positive: If you are traveling to Split and want a really nice, clean and quiet place to stay, we warmly reccoment to stay in Boris and Ivanas appartment! We had such a wonderful time there and was greeted by Boris and Ivana at our first day, giving us such a warm welcome and giving us good advice to what to se and do in Split. The appartment is so nice and clean, brand new kitchen ( not like the pictures ) with everything you need if you want to cook yourself, nice bathroom, aircondition in booth the living room and the bedroom - wich was very good because of the high temperature when we stayed there. We also loved the large and lovely balcony were we could sit in the evening and enjoy the scents and sounds of Split. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to old town Split, 10 minutes to Joker shopping mall, 5 minutes to a large second hand store near by, 5 minutes to a Tommy grocery store so everything is in walking distance. It is very quiet at night wich we loved and a privat parking place if you a traveling by car. We have only positive tings to say about this place and Boris and Ivana are such sweet and lovely people. If we ever return to Spilt we will definitely stay here again.

Positive: Beautiful apartment with everything one needs. AC in living room and bedroom. Beautiful bathroom.
Negative: The fact that it’s on the 3rd floor should be noted for people with mobility issues. Boris, the owner, was very kind and carried our cases up to the apartment.

Positive: We enjoyed staying at this apartment very much. The hosts are amazing and made our stay even better. It’s only 15min walk to the center, there are several markets nearby and big shopping center (Joker) 10min away. Everything was perfect!

Positive: Excellent apartment. Modern, clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Exceptional host. Boris & Ivana go out of their way to be helpful. They picked us up from the airport for a small fee and supplied us with plenty of information on both the local area and also places to visit as we hired a car.
Negative: Nothing really. Location is 20 minute walk from main center but there are nearby buses that get you there in quick time

Positive: Almost everything about the apartment is excellent, only 20 minutes walk downhill to the Riva etc. Small supermarket at the end of the same street for any daily essentials. Lovely terrace with full sun from about 12pm until sunset.
Negative: Nothing, but a bit of information for other travellers, the apartment may not be suitable for persons with mobility conditions due it being a top floor property only accessible by a few flights of steps.
Summary: This apartment is modern, comfortable and I would highly recommend it to other travellers.
