Positive: 3-4 lights including the stove top light were not working. Had to wear a headlamp to cook. The smoke alarm went off from cooking toast. The bed was saggy.

Positive: Neat and tidy apartment in the perfect location for our needs at the time.
Negative: Sheets were not supplied for the sofa bed and when I contacted the owners and asked for them they did not rectify the problem. I did not enjoy literally sleeping on the couch.

Positive: The owner were easy to contact and very helpful. There was a bus stop outside the property with a good, regular service to Belconen (in one direction) and Dickson in the other. As a corner unit, there was good airflow. There was a small, but sufficient IGA 5 minutes walk from the property. The unit was comfortable and clean.
Negative: On the more expensive side for the Belconen area. Minimal, although sufficient kitchen equipment - for the longer stay would appreciate ice trays,, bottle/can opener, colander/strainer but these are minor issues.

Positive: It was lovely and clean and had everything I could need (including coffee and tea). The location for me was perfect as I was going to the Canberra university, there was shops and sporting facilities really close.

Positive: Advertised as a house. It is a unit in a huge complex. Not what we wanted. Further demand fora 500 dollar security deposit. First time ever. Big negative!
