Positive: The self checkin was seamless. The room looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. The communication with the staff was easy. They are very helpful with our last minute request which I am really grateful. The location is very near to the Bologna Centrale. And there are many cafes around the accommodation. Would love to come back and stay at Bogna Centrale 1 again.

Positive: Great location, especially if you want to be near the central train station.

Negative: When we arrived, the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, like someone had been smoking inside frequently. It was extremely unpleasant and made the space feel unclean. We immediately informed the host, but instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they claimed not to have noticed anything earlier and suggested the smell might have come through the window from another apartment — which doesn’t make much sense. Regardless of the explanation, the result was a room that clearly wasn’t in the condition advertised. I would not recommend this property, especially if you expect a clean, non-smoking environment.
