Positive: The place had amazing views and really nice and quite pool to stay with the kids. Bar was close and the service was excellent.
Negative: The cleaning inside the room (I mean especially the furniture and seats could have some proper cleaning. And when we arrived our fridge was full of somebodies old stuff, when we informed about this, they only took the stuff away, but the fridge stayed dirty.

Positive: Bombora was stunning and were excited for our stay. The young staff were lovely and very friendly and made you feel welcome. It has a very relaxing feel and the grounds and view were a 10/10.
Negative: This was the downfall of the trip. The young staff were great but the older lady who I assume is the owner or manager was so unfriendly and had such a unwelcoming attitude that for me I would never go back or recommend my family or friends to go. My brother was staying next door at Balangan Seaview and came to visit me briefly twice down near the pool and both times she would march up and interrupt our conversation by looking at him and saying “can I help you with something?” making the situation uncomfortable. We quickly learned she doesn’t like other people on the property even if it’s brief and out in the open. I was however completely welcome by the staff next door anytime I went looking for my brother next door. They even allowed us to swim in their pool and walk around the grounds with my brother. The energy the lady at Bombora gave off was very unwelcoming. Then there’s the tab she makes you keep. I didn’t want to run a tab but was told I had to. I only ate there 2 times because the food is pretty average and I kept a total on my phone of both times. Coming to a total of 350k but she tried to charge me 490k and when questioned as to how she came up with that number she snapped at me ranting about tax and car fee which would be another 13% total. Then my bill suddenly went up to 540k??? By this stage I was over her attitude and rudeness and paid the bill that was almost double and left what would have been a repeat trip to vowing I’d never go back there again. Next time I will stay next door at Balangan Seaview where the staff were lovely and the accommodation was still stunning. Oh and along with watching the bar tab…watch your washing bill. When you go to pay the 20k for 1kg it’s suddenly a 3kg minimum so you will be charged 3 times the price which isn’t written on the laundry sheet they give you.
Summary: Beautiful property, great location but the owner ruins the whole experience.
