Positive: Absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect—stores, restaurants, and train stations were all nearby, making it super convenient to explore Tokyo. The room was spotless, the bathroom was perfect, and I had complete privacy. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If I could give this place 100/10, I would! As a frequent solo traveler, this has been one of my favorite stays, especially at such an affordable price. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Positive: But this property is not for me, I did not know that, so not much is what I like. But it's good for foreigners who are interested in Japanese daily life experience.
Negative: I suffered noise footsteps upstairs and children were running around and crying. There were footsteps and vibrations, daily life noises, I suffered till around 10PM and then heard the neighbors voice from the next room. More disappointing was actually this property is for foreigners who wish to experience Japanese daily life while they are enjoying their stay, I did not know that, because there was no such an explanation on the booking.com property info, they should indicate clearly, so that people don't mislead. I am especially concerned about noise, if there is incessant noise, I can't relax, so I was really relieved when I left there. I sent an honest feeling to the owner after I left the property, they said they will take my opinion seriously and will improve, they are nice people, just this property is for foreigners and I did not know that, so occured misunderstanding.
