Welcome to our home where you can relax & have fun & when you leave, NO CHORES! I personally clean my homes, so you don't have to!!
Enjoy playing in the river; floating around or kayaking- we have a unique property here where you can kayak the Elk River and explore 3 incredibly beautiful, serene creeks!! Sunsets are beautiful out in the kayaks! Best of all, we have 6 kayaks, so you and your group can all go out together! We have everything you need.
From the kayaks or your yard, you will see Eagles, Osprey, Cormorants, Ducks & Geese. Sometimes even some Turkeys or the Pileated Woodpecker! Numerous Guests have loved Birdwatching here, especially while having morning coffee while watching the sun rise and while grilling out after being on the river or maybe you've had a great day shopping in our very cute little town. Build a bonfire and there's not a care in the world!

This home is completely furnished and includes a fully-stocked kitchen- you just need to bring the food!

Summary: We had the most relaxing and enjoyable time at Kim's house. The waterfront beauty is unmatched, and the amenities provided are fantastic. We enjoyed dinner and smores by the firepit, mornings and afternoons on the water in the kayaks, and time together inside the house. We ventured into town and had terrific food, drinks, and shopping. We will absolutely be back!

Summary: We had a fabulous time at Kim's place. She was an amazing host. I came from NJ. with my daughters and their signifigant others, to see a show in Havre De Grace. The check in was easy. It's a beautiful setting! There were snacks and beverages that we appreciated greatly! There was plenty of wood and kindling for beautiful bonfires each night. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well! Kim sent a link with so many fun things do in town. There are great stores, restaurants and a even a fantastic zoo! We had two really nice days exploring the area and kayaking in the creek! We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you to Kim and Steve for their hospitality and a great weekend! When we

Summary: We were in the area for a family wedding. We decided not to stay in a hotel. This place was perfect for us to stay with our immediate family. It was a beautiful setting and a well maintain home. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: If I could give this property ten stars, I would. I don’t have enough space to rave about the hosts. The house was extremely clean and organized. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. Truly some of the kindest people with superb information and recommendations. The scenery was outstanding. We stayed there to celebrate my son’s graduation from UDel and it did not disappoint!! We literally had the most beautiful bonfire by the creek. Love love loved our stay!

Summary: Kim and Steve were wonderful! We really enjoyed the quiet and view. Exactly what we needed for a short getaway while in town for a lacrosse event. Kim was amazing with local recommendations and we really love the atmosphere of North East. We will be back!

Summary: This was an awesome couple weekend getaway destination. We visited early April and had some rain but that didn't put a damper on our adventure. We unplugged, unwound and enjoyed the beautiful setting this place has to offer. Kim, our hostess, was amazing!!! She was on top of everything and made us feel super welcomed before we even got there. Definitely the hostess with the mostest!!! She even brought us homemade brownies and left so many thoughtful touches in our rental and on the property that really came in handy. We would recommend taking her up on borrowing some kayaks and heading out on the water, catching the sun rise and/or sunset, cast your line off the pier (or the kayak), catch a glimpse of the resident bald eagle and enjoy a warm outdoor fire at the end of your day!!! Thanks again so much Kim, we will be back for sure!
